MHTC gives European manufacturers of technical products a competitive advantage during the early phases of US market entry. For more than 20 years, we have supported manufacturers of automation solutions, laboratory equipment, and enterprise software with lead generation, appointment scheduling, US point of contact, and German translation. We understand that entering any new market requires attention to detail and diligent use of resources. We set our clients up for success with targeted market research and efficient prospecting. With appointments set, the client can send their best salespeople to close deals and establish a foothold in the United States.
For most of our clients, the ability to respond rapidly to service calls is an essential requirement for growth. Over the years we have developed a network of service technicians and engineers who perform service calls on behalf of our clients. This gives the client the peace of mind of knowing that their customers will get the service support they expect.
MHTC is operated by Matt Held, MBA. Mr. Held studied the German language at Philipp’s Universität in Marburg, Germany. He is a part-time instructor of technical communication at Temple University’s College of Engineering. His experience supporting German firms in the United States began in 1998. He founded MH TransConsult in 2001.
